Shipping & Returns
We aim to post all orders on the same day if the order is placed by 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm will be posted the following business day.
All trading is in New Zealand only, all shipping is within New Zealand only.
Express postage (1-2 business days, depending on your mail zone)
*Please note that we cannot guarantee New Zealand Post delivery timeframes, and some mailing zones take slightly longer. Should you have a concern with an order that has not been delivered within the specified timeframe, please contact us directly and we will do what we can to track its whereabouts.
As some of our product could be somewhat delicate we will do all that we can to ensure that your order is packed appropriately to avoid any breakage. Please notify us immediately if you receive your item in a damaged way.
Returns and Exchanges.
Please note that we do not accept “change of mind” refunds. We do offer store credit in case you want a different size. All exchanges must be made within 14 days of item receipt and will be processed as store credit or exchange. Easts Outdoors Work & Leisure do not accept responsibility for return postage costs or items lost while in transit being returned by a customer.
Store credit will be applied to your EastsOutdoors Work & Leisure online account, which you would have set up when you made your purchase. This credit will automatically be applied to your next purchase.
All products must be returned in their original condition, with tags/labels on and in their original packaging. Items that are not in re-saleable condition will not be accepted.
Should you wish to return an item, please contact us ASAP at email@example.com to organise a return authorisation. Items must be returned in original, unworn, as new condition in the original packaging. Please note that we only accept exchanges within 14 days of you receiving your parcel.
Please ensure any package you send us trackable.
We are unable to accept return of any underwear or undergarments unless they are faulty due to health and hygiene regulations
Damaged and Faulty Items
In the unfortunate occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo, proof of purchase.
For a damaged or faulty item, we provide a refund or exchange. We ask that goods are returned promptly within 14 days of you receiving them in the original packaging with a copy of your proof of purchase. Once we have received your item/s, they will be inspected, and we will contact you regarding your refund or replacement. We do not take responsibility for returns being lost in transit, and we request you to use a tracking number with any return postage back to Easts Outdoors Work & Leisure.
